Kanye West Reveals BULLY Tracklist And Denies AI Use Ahead Of Album Release

Kanye West

Kanye West has shared the full tracklist for his upcoming album BULLY, while publicly denying earlier claims that artificial intelligence was used in the project.

The rapper, now legally known as Ye, confirmed via X on 25 March 2026 that the album is set for release on 27 March 2026, writing:

“BULLY ON THE WAY NO AI.”

Reversal on AI comments ahead of release

The statement marks a shift from comments made in February 2025, when West suggested the album would incorporate AI as part of its creative process.

Speaking to Justin Laboy at the time, he said:

“It’s like the next version of sampling.”

“Like when sampling happened, they hated it.”

The latest update appears to distance the final version of BULLY from those earlier ideas.

Album rollout includes early drops and short film

West first announced BULLY in September 2024, initially targeting a June 2025 release.

On 18 March 2026, he shared several unfinished versions of tracks on X, alongside a short film titled Bully V1, directed by himself and edited by Hype Williams.

The film features his son Saint and includes stylised scenes inspired by New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

First preview debuted at China listening event

The first track preview, Beauty And The Beast, was debuted during a listening event at Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China in September 2024.

Addressing the crowd in footage circulated online, West said:

“I got a new album coming out. The album’s called Bully, and this song is called Beauty and the Beast.”

The track features a softer instrumental direction, with lyrics reflecting a more introspective tone.

Longtime collaborator Mike Dean has suggested the song may originate from sessions linked to West’s 2021 album Donda.

Follow up to vultures era

With the release date now confirmed and the AI debate addressed directly, attention shifts to whether the final album matches the scale and unpredictability of its rollout.
