Charli XCX announced her seventh studio album, Music, Fashion, Film, on Monday 1 June. The record will be released on 24 July.
The 33-year-old British artist shared the news directly on social media, confirming the project features 11 tracks and runs for exactly 30 minutes and five seconds.
“My new album Music, Fashion, Film is out july 24th. 11 songs, 30 minutes, 5 seconds. available to pre order now, love you xx,”
Album Artwork and Concept
The album cover, shot by Aidan Zamiri, features Velvet Underground legend John Cale, fashion designer Marc Jacobs, and filmmaker Martin Scorsese posing together. The image directly reflects the three themes in the album title.
