Justin Bieber has released SWAG LIVE FROM COACHELLA (WEEKEND I), the full live recording of his headline performance at the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. The album captures Bieber’s first major live show in four years, following his return to the festival’s main stage on 11 April.
The performance quickly became one of the defining moments of this year’s festival, with Bieber combining songs from his SWAG era with fan favourites from across his catalogue. The set also featured an acoustic segment, nostalgic visuals and archive footage from his early career on YouTube.
Star-studded guest appearances
Bieber’s Coachella performance included appearances from several collaborators, with The Kid LAROI, Tems, Wizkid, Dijon and Mk.gee joining him on stage throughout the show.
To coincide with the live album’s release, the official Coachella livestream has also returned to YouTube for a special encore broadcast, with an additional replay scheduled for 4pm PST / 7pm EST.
Historic streaming numbers after Coachella
According to the announcement, Bieber’s two Coachella headline performances generated 147 million global views, making them the most-watched performances in the festival’s history.
The momentum continued across streaming platforms after the festival. Bieber became Spotify’s most-streamed artist following the performances, while reportedly recording the biggest post-Coachella streaming increase to date.
On 15 April alone, his catalogue generated 105 million Spotify streams worldwide. By the end of the week, that figure had climbed to 431 million global streams, representing an increase of almost 1,800%.
The renewed interest also translated into chart success, with 21 Justin Bieber songs appearing simultaneously on Spotify’s Global Top 200, while seven of his albums entered the Billboard 200 at the same time, marking the first occasion he had achieved the feat.
Beauty and a Beat enjoys a major revival
One of the biggest beneficiaries of Bieber’s Coachella performance was Beauty and a Beat.
After being included in the Weekend 1 setlist, the track climbed to the top of both Spotify’s Global chart and the Billboard Global 200. It also generated more than 75 million streams within a few weeks and achieved 8x Platinum certification.
SWAG LIVE FROM COACHELLA (WEEKEND I) follows the release of Bieber’s recent studio albums SWAG and SWAG II, extending what has become one of the most commercially successful periods of his career.
