Oasis are celebrating the 30th anniversary of their seminal second album, (What’s The Story) Morning Glory?, with a deluxe reissue due 3 October via Big Brother Recordings. This edition not only includes the 2014 remaster but also five newly produced unplugged versions of fan favourites: “Cast No Shadow,” “Morning Glory,” “Wonderwall,” “Acquiesce” and “Champagne Supernova.” Noel Gallagher and Callum Marinho revisited the original master tapes at Noel’s London studio, Lone Star Sound, to bring a fresh yet intimate take to these classics
This announcement aligns perfectly with Oasis launching their Live ’25 reunion tour. The brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher will perform together for the first time since 2009, kicking off with back‑to‑back sold‑out shows at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on 4-5 July.
Expect deluxe packaging too. Brian Cannon, who designed the original artwork, shot fresh visuals and penned new sleeve notes. Vinyl collectors can grab ultra‑limited coloured editions: crystal clear (Cast No Shadow), blue marble (Morning Glory), sepia marble (Wonderwall), or neon orange (Acquiesce)
