Paramore Unveil Previously Unheard Tracks For 20th Anniversary Of “All We Know Is Falling”

Four new songs surface from the vaults, including early Paramore deep cuts and a rare cover of Failure’s Stuck On You

Paramore have celebrated the 20th anniversary of their 2005 debut album All We Know Is Falling with a deluxe reissue featuring four previously unreleased tracks. Released on 25 July 2025, the expanded edition revisits the band’s earliest era with a mix of new material, long-lost EP cuts and a nod to their musical influences.

The band, Hayley Williams, Zac Farro and Taylor York, have included three tracks that didn’t appear on the original album: O Star, This Circle, and an earlier version of Emergency, now labelled Emergency – Crab Mix. A fourth addition comes in the form of a cover of Failure’s Stuck On You, a band Williams has cited as one of Paramore’s foundational inspirations.

Reclaiming deep cuts and unheard takes

O Star and This Circle first appeared on the 2006 The Summer Tic EP, a release that was only sold during Paramore’s run on the Warped Tour that year. Until now, these tracks have never been officially added to the Paramore album catalogue.

  • O Star is a slow, introspective track that reflects the band’s early struggle to stay afloat in a hostile industry.
  • This Circle explores the illusion of forward motion while feeling emotionally stuck, a common lyrical thread for Paramore’s mid-2000s material.

Also included is the Crab Mix of Emergency, an alternate take featuring intense screamo-style vocals from Josh Farro, Zac’s brother and former lead guitarist, who left the band in 2010. The mix highlights the rawer edge of the band’s early sound, closer in spirit to the metalcore-adjacent scenes they often toured alongside.

Hayley Williams teases new solo material

While Paramore fans revisit the past, Hayley Williams is also moving forward with her own music. The singer premiered a new solo track titled Mirtazapine on Nashville station WNXP, marking her first solo release since 2021’s Flowers for Vases / Descansos.

The song, named after the antidepressant medication, explores themes of mental health and emotional reliance with raw vulnerability.

“Here comes my genie in a screw cap bottle / To grant me temporary solace,”

The track was previewed on Instagram with a blurry photo of a prescription bottle, followed by the full track airing on local radio. A B-side titled Glum has also been teased, though no release date has been confirmed.
