WTF! shoves disco, indie rock, and synthy nostalgia into a blender and somehow makes it all work. From the first few seconds, WTF! struts in with slappy-happy guitar licks, glossy synths and a rhythm section that refuses to be ignored.
Zarooni’s vocals are smooth, a little cheeky, and full of that “I’ve been through some stuff but still showed up in sequins” energy.
WTF! is a statement. It says, “I don’t care what genre I’m supposed to fit into … I’ve got guitars, I’ve got synths, and I’ve got something to say.”
